Hello,
I had an eye exam yesterday and the doctor gave me the dilating drops right before the vision acuity test. I understand that they take 20-30 minutes to fully dilate your pupils, but logic says that a little of dilation occurs in the meantime. My impression is that she was trying to rush to be able to see more patients, instead of doing the vision test first and the putting the drops and wait for them to make effect. Was that a good practice from my optometrist? Should I do it again with a different doctor?
Thanks.
