vision distortion
When riding my bike through dapples light (wooded trails) it causes my vision to see everything in a strobe light way, like I'm watching the trail though a film that skipping frames (this isn't just the dappled light, it's much worse than just dappled light). I have to stop riding and wait 5-15 minutes and it goes away. After that I continue to ride through dappled light and everything is fine. My heart rate is normal (wearing hr monitor) during these episodes and I'm on no medication and I'm healthy.
