Concerned about myopia diopter increasing

Hello there.

I am 25yo, myopic since 17yo I think since I started struggling to see the blackboard in school but never wore glasses back then.
I started wearing glasses when I was 18yo when vision worsened. Started in 2011 with:
RE -0.25 LE -0.75
Three years later  I went to optometrist and they made an exam, so the degree increased  to  RE -0.75 LE -1.25
The following year  (2015) the diopter increased again  RE -1.50 LE -1.75
October 2017  I went to optometrist again to make a full eye exam (eye pupil dilatation, glaucoma, retina scan)  and again the diopter increased

Currently prescription is: RE -2.50  CILINDER -0.50
                           LE -2.75   CILINDER -1.00

The questions are:

When myopia will stop getting worse? I'm worried if numbers are going to -5.00.

Does wearing glasses make myopia worse as many (questionable) sites claims

Staying in front of computer with minus lenses will make things worse?

Staying indoors will make myopia even worse?

-2,75  is considered high? How can I do to stay with the same value?

Judging by this increase rate, my degree will be worse in the future?

Note: I'm just asking out of my curiosity
Sorry for my  english.

When myopia will stop getting worse? I'm worried if numbers are going to -5.00.  ANSWER: No way to tell how myopic you well get any more than telling how tall a young child will grown.

Does wearing glasses make myopia worse as many (questionable) sites claims  ANSWER: No does not make worse but doesn't prevent progression of myopia. Could possibly increase if significantly over-corrected. Glasses tests on young people should be done AFTER dilation (post cylcoplegic refraction)

Staying in front of computer with minus lenses will make things worse? ANSWER:  Yes prolonged near work is the single greatest cause of the epidemic of myopia, especially among Asians, now occurring world wide. But we cannot live without computer screens, iPhone, iPads,  and reading.

Staying indoors will make myopia even worse? ANSWER Yes, in young people less than 16 spending an hour or more outside each/most days has been show to slow myopia. The reason is much less 'near' focusing.

-2,75  is considered high? How can I do to stay with the same value? ANSWER:  No high myopia for most Eye MDs is greater than -5 or -6.  If I could tell you how to stop your myopia I would win a Nobel Prize. Lots of research but not definitive ansers.

Judging by this increase rate, my degree will be worse in the future? ANSWER.  No one can tell
