I don't think that there is one contact that is best for everyone with dry eyes. The contact recommended above (Trueye Acuvue dailies) is an excellent one-day silicone hyrdrogel lens. However, it is somewhat thicker than a 1-day Acuvue moist contact, which might make it less comfortable for some wearers. I'd suggest consulting a doctor who specializes in fitting conacts (probably an optometrist), who can give you samples of several different contacts to try out.

Use the search feature and archives, there are good discussions about contacts and dry eyes. JodieJ is our top non-physician responder and extremely knowledgible, read her posts very carefully.
