Is it bad if you see things?

Since the beggining of my summer 2009, I've been playing on my laptop non stop and I didnt realise anything bad.
But after a couple months I went outside and looked into the sky and I saw sparkles and black dots, and I see a circle not a bit one with a dot in it moving across my vision.

A couple weeks later, I noticed shade patches movign across my vision in the sky or a blank wall. I guess these are called floaters, but I dont see as much as them. I got bloodshot eyes but not really bad they just a little bloodshot, and I get headaches and a little dizzy when I played on my laptop now. Beccause I played too much I guess and I never go out to get any sun into my eyes and whatnot.

I go out sometimes in the summer but not alot.

Is this something serious.. Because I'm really scared when people say its serious or you could go blind or you might need surgery, and stuff. This is scaring me when people say it.

And when I stopped playing my laptop for 2 days and the sparkles somewhat went away a little bit and I didnt see as much but I started playing again and I see the sparkles again followed by black dots and small floaters.

But im just curious if this is serious and if I could go blind or anything. Please dont scare me though i'm only 15..

I have went to the eye doctor yesterday (Oct. 16. 2009). I have had an eye exam and he has checked the inside of my eye for detached retina or any sorts of bad things, and he has told me my eyes are perfectly healthy and nothing is wrong with my eyes. All that is bad is that I am going to have to wear glasses to get my vision back to 20/20. My eyes are about 10/20 or something like that I forgot wat he said, but I am relieved that my eyes are healthy and nothing is wrong with them, but I am going to have to get a full chekup from my doctor to see wat is causing these flashes I am seeing. So hopefully that is nothing best, hoping for the best once again.

Heyy! How can it be serious! :(
Dont scare me please!
I dont want anything bad to happen to my eyes..
Im going to see an eye doctor on the 13th of october so lets hope for the best im still young and I dont want anything bad to happen..
But hey. I'll tell you some other stuff, but dont tell me negetive and scary information on saying if its serious please.
I have blueish spots in the white parts of my eyes and yellow in the corners but light shade and bloodshot eyes, and when I look in the sky or a bright substance I see floaters, if i look at the sky i see flashes or sparkles i dont know wat it is, nad I see floaters alot. But I hope its nothing bad I just hope its because im near sighted and straining my eyes, but im hoping for the best for my eyes we'll see wat happens when I go to an eye doctor..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
See an ophthalmologist.  It is unusual for a 15yo to have floaters.  It could be serious.
