Meds and Eyesight

Hi, I searched but couldn't find this question asked: Are there any medications that will effect your eyesight?

I've noticed that since I've been taking Benicar for about a year for hypertension my eyesight seems to be going south.  I only own reading glasses and didn't always need them - now I can't go anywhere without them.  Maybe it's age (48) but because it seems to be coming on relatively fast I'm slightly worried.

Any comments of advice or appreciated.
Thank you.

Most likely every medication known to man lists "blurred vision" as a possible side effect.  Your problem likely isn't the medicine but "middle age eyes" also know as presbyopia. It only gets worse.
