Change in RX in 3 months, is it normal?

I had an eye exam  3 months ago. The RX says:
OD: Sphere -0.50, Cylinder -1.75, Axis 164
OS: Sphere -0.75, Cylinder -1.50, Axis 055.

It has never been so hard to adapt to new glasses. I tried for 3 months and decided to have another eye exam, at an ophthalmologists office, done by a doctor (not by a technician in an eyeglasses store). The new RX says:

OD: Sphere -1.00, Cylinder: -2.00, Axis 153.
OS: Sphere -1.25, Cylinder: -1.50, Axis 047.

Would it be normal for a reasonably healthy 35 year old male RX to change like that in just 3 months? And should I make the new glasses (are the differences relevant enough)?

It is not possible to tell which is the correct glasses, nor what you vision is with them on nor anything at all about the health of the eye. It is not likely that your glasses changed that much in 3 months.  Remember even if the glasses RX doesn't change there can be problems adjusting to new RX as other non glasses RX variables include: Size and shape of frames, lens material, placement of optical centers, base curve and lens wrap of lens, pantoscopic tilt and coatings on lens.  If you get new glasses and your are not adjusted in a week or two you should call the Eye MD or optometrist that did the testing for a 'glasses recheck" you should ask about being charged for this. Most doctors do not charge. The glasses are examined and the glasses test repeated and other changes from the 'old' glasses.  Then doctor then addresses what seems to be the problem and asked the optician that made the glasses to do a 'remake" as long as its done within 30 days most opticians will do one remake no charge and no questions asked. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH NEW GLASSES AFTER 2 WEEKS START THIS PROCESS IF YOU WAIT MORE THAN 30 DAYS YOU ARE USUALLY STUCK WITH GLASSES YOU DON'T LIKE.
