My daughter is 12 years old and has strabismus with poor vision.

She has had eye surgery twice when she was a baby.  It corrected to misalignment mostly but there is still some wandering in her right eye.  She is currently having difficulty seeing with her glasses.  Every time we take her to get a check up they say her vision is bad but her prescription is about the same.  She cannot really see far away at all but her prescriptions are for farsighted (to correct upclose vision).  Im a little nervous about putting her through another surgery.  Would like some information on best options? would Lasik help?

She should see an Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in strabismus (eye muscle problems) they are often called “Pediatric Ophthalmologists”.
