None of those things will DECREASE myopia. Outside activities are to try and slow progression

Thanks again John for your timing and clear explanation.. i meant Soccer game (Foot ball).. One More Small request.. have you come across any case that high myopia is decrease based upon some activities in routine life  /food habits / medicine... Please share with me history of the successful story, atleast i would follow the process for my son power decrease.. Sorry to bother you again..
No bother.  No the incidence of myopia is increasing dramatically world wide especially among Asians.  The cause is postulated to the the huge number of hours young people spend on iphones, ipads, computers, video games,  reading and less time outdoors. It is so dramatic that if you project 2-3 generations down the road everyone is myopia (and obese and diabetic).   In China they are building schools with glass walls so children can focus 'far away"    You can easily research the studies on reduced myopia in children that are outdoors more than an hour per day.  Dilute drops, most commonly atropine, have been used with some success.

Your son has "high myopia" which is considered a disease due to a very elongated eye.  It is different than simple myopia. There is no cure for this.  In some instances  certain drops are used to try and prevent from getting worse, sometimes bifocals are prescribed,  spending time outdoors helps slow myopia.  Those glasses prescriptions are  significantly different. You will need to pick the pediatric ophthalmologist you feel the most comfortable with and use that RX.  All tests for glasses in children should be done AFTER THE EYES ARE DILATED.   Also this problem runs in families so have all children checked.

Thanks John for your advise... both prescription suggested by pediatric ophthalmologist whereas 1st one is prescribed after eyes dilated... Actually my son is participating Foot ball , Table Tennis & Swimming activities - is that useful to decrease the eye power..

Will you suggest any advise us which help our son eyes
Only one done after dilating is accurate. Any done without dilating can be made too strong and cause eye strain.  Swim and table tennis okay.  Need to ask your ped ophthalmologist about 'football" (do you mean soccer or American Football)   Many eye doctors would recommend no soccer or american football.  If does play needs athletic goggles.
