Ocular Hypertension

I recently posted about how my pressure was between 20-25 (25 being read with a hand-hied puff and 20 being a machine puff test). Haven't relieved goldmann yet. My cornea thickness is around 585 from what I heard. My ophthalmologist seems to have no concern as it's only a little bit higher but considering the circumstances/cornea/health/age (I'm 21). He has refereed me to a specialist in this area in a month but doesn't think it's a emergency. My question is, what do you think from the little information I've posted, should I be expecting anything from what I know? The MD I saw was a retinal ophthalmologist and from his test, there were all healthy signs, I was originally seeing him following up on a burn I had on my eye, the pressure he just sort of pushed over like it wasn't a big deal.
