Can vision improve 6 weeks out from cataract surgery?

I had cataract surgery on my right eye 6 weeks ago. I have yet to have crisp vision though i can strain and read 20/25 on the eye chart. I had a refraction done yesterday and my blurriness is caused by still needing a -.75 contact lens. Might my vision improve some over the next couple months or is this it? They said the blurriness could partly be dry eye? I am using artificial tears and really disappointed I still need a contact lens.
