I am 26 years old female.My glasses power is right -10 , left -9. I want to improve my eyesight using this LASIK technology. Is it safe to use this technology? What could be side effects or damages due to this? Also, What is condition to use this technology?

The LASIK is safe and effective BUT IT IS NOT COMPLICATION FREE. Nothing in medicine is totally safe. Your degree of myopia is likely too much to correct with lasik. You need to consult a reputable Eye MD for measurements on your eye to see how much of your myopia lasik would correct. If you could get down to -3.00 in each eye you would probably be happy and when you got older (45 plus) you would always be able to read without glasses.
