Toric Lens and flashing

I had cataract surgery yesterday and had a Toric SN6AT3 lens implanted. When I arrived home yesterday late morning I noticed a flashing or movement, kinda like when your eyes fill with tears the water moving in your eye. It seems to happen when I am moving my eye. I do not see it when I am starring. I called my doctor and the on call doctor said it was probably seeing the lens since my eye was still dilated.  This morning it seems worse..almost like my eye is shaking. I am scared. What could be causing this?  What are my options?  Thank you in advance for your time.  Diane

We do not give immediate post operative advise. Must come from surgeon.
