Pulling sensation in eye with glasses

My optometrist originally prescribed glasses after my cataract surgery with a 0.5 diopter for my right eye along with astigmatism correction.   The prescription wasnt correct and my right eye was blurry. He thought maybe the astigmatism correction caused this.   He removed the astigmatism correction and the new corrections was a -.75.   It was still blurry.  I asked him to increase it to a -1.25 Everything is now clear.   Great.  However, when I drive for any length of time with these glasses my right eye feels like it is "pulling".  Everything is clear, but I have a pulling sensation.   Is this because the astigmatism needs to be corrected?   My new glasses don't have any astigmatism correction in the right eye.   My left eye is fine- it has astigmatism correction.Thank you

Sorry I can't answer your question, not enough data.  And it is beyound wierd that the patient tells the optometrist what glasses prescription they want.
