Will,
Yes, you should look into gentle eye exercises (some call it yoga for the eyes). They have helped many people correct vision (just avoid all the hype websites). Keeping a good diet is also a great way to prevent any future problems with your eyes. They don't only relflect our soul, but also sickness unfortunately!
The above information is erroneous. No exercise has been shown to prevent or reduce or stablize myopia. The computer does not cause myopia. There are hundreds of millions of more computers now than 30 years ago but the incidence of myopia has not increased much at all. A good diet is the basis of good health but again for non starvation situations will not determ myopia.

I can't speak for myself, but there are people who has improved their visual aquity quite a lot from doing that, and eating a healthy diet. So I disagree that it is completely erroneous. my 2 cents.
I'm actually a fan of vision therapy in a few situations, but certainly not to treat myopia. If there is any credible evidence supporting the hypothesis that "gentle" (or even strenuous) eye exercises are helpful in diminishing myopia, please provide the citation.
