Right iris movement(left corner) problem

i m 21 year old..
before 4 years i had an accident from auto, and had orbital facture in my right  eye...
I can't see left side from my Right eye(i.e. Right eye's iris don't move at left corner).it move at right corner completely..... and movement of Left eye is completely correct..  
I operated by Eye (M.D)  who is occuloplastic surgeon...
According to doctor , he told that some eye muscle was tracked ,, so,, my eye doesn't move at left side...
but, after an operation i have same problem,,.
Pls,, give me best solution ,..,.,......

But, sir  Is there no more solution for this type of problem ???
if there is solution than tell me,...
because,, i face very difficulty when i m seeing at left sight,, it shows double images......
how can i get second opinion???
