Symptoms of pseudomyopia and it's treatment/therapy

Hello, I wanted to know the symptoms of pseudomyopia. I've never get cycloplegic exam since my country is just "if you don't have any severe problem, never get an eye exam". Is there any other treatment/therapy to get to relax the ciliary muscles? Can the glasses make the ciliary muscles to not relax? And how high can the pseudomyopia get? I've seen someone have -5 of pseudomyopia and instead the doctor said he was emmetropic

Pseudo myopia means false myopia and is not generally used in that fashion. Pseudo myopia refers to myopia caused by cataracts. What you are talking about is spasm of accommodation. There are a number of extended discussions on the website about the problem. Use the search feature and archives to read about the problem.

Thanks for your answer, I have one more question, should I go get an eye exam weather I have ciliary spasm or axial myopia (I mean should ciliary spasm be treated immediately?)
Myopia is ultra common especially in Asians and the incidence is increasing world wide.  Spasm of accommodation is very rare thankfully. So you do need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist or optometrist  and your eyes should be dilated and the glasses test (refraction) done after they are dilated if you are younger than 40. If your distance vision is blurry far more likely myopia.  Especially if blurry all the time at distance.
