Eye pain and headaches

I developed both eye pain and headaches about four months after cataract surgery.  I went to my eye doctor and he could not find anything wrong. I have gone to my GP and he has subscribed anti inflamatory meds and they have not worked and I could not tolerate them.  I also had a CT Scan performed and everthing is normal as well as blood test were normal.   But, I still have the pain and it is getting worse.  It seems that it is behind both eyes and the front of my face and where it is mostly constant, I often experience shooting pain in the sides of my head and forhead. Advil and Asperin do not have any effect.  Vicodin gives me some relief, but I do not want to take it on a regular basis. Do I have any options at this point?
