What are the symptoms of pigment dispersion syndrome?

Is it possible that PDS can be associated to distorted and wavy vision?

No that would be extremely unlikely.  Usually PDS is asymptomatic.  In most people it occurs only in brown eyes, leaves granules of pigment on the back of the cornea called Krukenberg Spindle and may be associated with patchy thinning of the iris causing transillumination defects. The outflow area (trabeculum) is deeply pigmented. A small percent of patients with PDS will develop pigmentary glaucoma.
