Why can I only see well illuminated things ?
For instance, I can see the sky, but the buildings are all black and I see only the profile. Also when I am at a tunnel and I look directly to the exit, I can only see the light spot of the exit and all around it becomes black. Thanks
This question is too vague to answer. You would need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for a complete eye exam. You should have a macular and nerve fiber layer OCT and a formal visual field test.
