My friend in a foreign country has a very strong prescription like +20 in both eyes
is there any shop who makes those kind of glasses?

Most any commercial optical can order lens like that.

Hi John, thanks for your response. I will have tried the Lenscrafter in my area and they said they cant do this. Also i tried online with no luck. Can you please recommend any that you know that can do +20 in both eyes? Thanks so much in advance..
I would check with other local opticals like Vision Works and Eye Masters. Also ask your ophthalmologist or optometrist to help you look for local laboratories that will fabricate.
