i have  an extreme pink/redness in inner corner of my left eye, noticing 2 tiny creamish bumps near the colored part of the eye. my eye is also experiencing minor sharp pains and ocassional dryness. it almost feels as if there is something in my eye everytime i blink, i do wear contacts but have had it out and have seen no change. ive tried normal store bought eye drops and it does nothing for my eye. what is it?

No much mystery here it is almost certainly your contacts. It could lead to cornea damage, infected ulcers and the inability to wear contacts anymore. Leave them out and go into see whoever fit them.

There has been redness around the colored part of my eyes. I probably do over-use my contacts more then they should be. When I take them out at night before bed, it remains for about 3 hours and then when I wake up in the morning it's gone. It comes back at least once or twice a week. What could this be? Anything serious?

Statistically its an irritation from your contacts. There are other things it could be infection, inflammation. You should see your contact lens professional or an eye MD. You should leave your contacts OUT.  Find an eye MD at www.aao.org
