It could be unstable esophoria/trophia, spasm of accommodation, uncorrected hyperopia. You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist. Ideally one that specializes in strabismus (eye muscle problems) they are often called pediatric ophthalmologist but almost all do adults also.
