eye vision in mirror

hi  I have myropia and i wear eye glasses. the eyes are probably at -4 ish.  when i look into the mirror, i notice that there are a blurred outline of the objects in the mirror.       for example, when i look at my teeth in the mirror, there are a blurred extension/ shade surrounding the actual solid teeth.

what is this condition ?  is this a serious eye problem?   is there anyway to solve this problem?

does this mean my eyesight is deteriotating very badly>??
