what is wrong when the circle of your eyes turn blue ?

If the rings around your eyes are arcus senilis, this is a cholesterol deposit, but this does not mean that you have high cholesterol or arteriosclerosis. It seems to be unrelated, as far as anyone can tell. I also have blue rings, but normal cholesterol.

I do not understand your question.  It could be an arcus if you are referring about the peripheral cornea.  This could indicate an increase in cholesterol.
