yes if you have a viral infection attack your eyes. will steroids help improve the problem even if it is months later?

the corneal spots don't usually cause a blind spot just blurred vision. If the spots fade the vision usually gets better.

so if i would have a steroid it might make the blind sport a little thinner? just asking

Steroids don't kill the virus. In adenovirus infections opaque spots are sometimes left in the cornea which can reduce vision, steroids on the eye can help fade these spots.
