Hi again Dr. H, at one time you posted a link where someone had resolved this problem somehow. I'm stuck with a wrong refractory result in right eye cataract oil implant and now there's a big difference between my eyes. current RX: Sphere R-+1.75, L-+1.00, Cylinder R: -;75, L: -2.00, Axis: R-95,L-90. My surgery was in February 2016 but a corneal abrasion in april prevented my seeking real help till May/June. I'm now told too much time elapsed since surgery for a safe IOL exchange given a macular pucker I also have in that eye & map dot dystrophy making the corneal surface uneven. Meanwhile I've been coping by great magnification on my computer but reading print hard copy or un-enlarged computer print still a problem.I've decided against cataract surgery for my left eye, as that would take away my near vision entirely.Or I'd have to cope with mono vision-I'm a graphic artist so that may be a problem. My question right now is this: at one time Dr H, you posted a name for the condition where one eye is far and the other near and how to resolve this== with glasses? Or? Can't remember or find the link. Would you mind posting any comments including that link? Many thanks!
