The glasses RX indicates that the right eye is farsighted and has a astigmatism in the right eye and the left eye is myopic or nearsighted. This condition where the glasses RX is not alike or balanced is called aneisometrophia and in most cases the right eye would be amblyopic meaning it doesn't see normal.

Treatment includes glasses patching the strong eye and if the eyes are not straight doing surgery to try and align them.

Surgery will not get rid of the need for glasses or patching.

This condition is strongly herediary and all your children should be checked and anyone in your blood line like nieces and nephews will have 20% chance of having strabismus and/or amblyopia.  Everyone needs to see an Eye MD ophthalmolgist between ages 2 and one half and 3 years of age.

There is something wrong with the way the way your RX is written. You need to get this information from your ophthalmologist. The information you request cannot be answered from your post.
