Sorry to hear. I have same problem (add photobia to that). Not due to surgery, but retinal disease.
Your problem could be a clouding of the membrane that holds the IOL in place. If so a simple yag capsulotomy laser will help the problem a great deal.
or it could be the IOL itself due to a problem called dysphotopsia. use the search feature and archives to read about that.
or it could be that you have a change in glasses
or it could be that you have disease of the cornea or retina/macula
If you can't get the problem worked out with your surgeon get a second opinion
