thank-you dr. O.
so he should get a cataract surgery scheduled then!
Our doctor said that the diplopia will become more pronounced after the cataract surgery. Is that possible?

Yes, he may need prisms or muscle surgery after cataract removal.  It may getter better with just the cataract surgery if the double vision is due to lack of fusion due to poor vision.
