I'm looking forward to next weekend...It's my 3 "free days"!!

I'm amazed at this diet girl!

WOW again lol -  what a great start - amazing -  I over ate today I know - had a picnic then had free cup cakes given out - then had fizzy soda, then had fish and chips then came away with a goodie bag lol......

Girl......You've been saying "wow" the past few days on my weight tracker.

Well I beat you to it this morning.

I'm totally amazed at 4L4I...Today I'll start Day # 6, but in 5 days I have lost 10.4 lbs.

I'm highly motivated right now.  I have it in my mind that there is no way week after week that I'll get the numbers I've gotten recently, but this is a great Kick Start.

I hope you enjoy the music festival and carnival.  After I quit those meds and my last weight loss plan I gained, plus got a new scale which is about 10 lbs off from the other, but I enjoyed myself and jumped right back on track.  I suggest you enjoy yourself.

Im not going o be doing a lot till Tuesday just not OVER eating if I can help it.... but got a few tough days one is a music festival today and tomorrow is a town carnival so i know I wll be tempted to eat wrong at both -  but at least I will know why Im not losing or even gaining!

I was wrong on my calculations of 8.4, but it's still 8.2 Loss.

I just generated my next 11 day cycle, so I'm trying to get it formatted and put into my FL4I binder.

Then I need to make out a shopping list. Buying some fruit ahead of time...like strawberries, they don't seem to last too long, but I love grapes.

I liked a lot more fruits when I was living in California, but Oklahoma does not have very good fruits.

Are you doing anything now,....before you start on the 5th?

I think the most important thing is the 80 fl oz of water a day and also eating 2.5 to 3 hours apart.  I've maxed out at 4 hours between meals and had to skip one the other day, but I notice the better results when I eat about 3 hours after my last meal.

It's been said "Eat first thing after you wake up". Well I'm usually never hungry when I first wake up, so I'm starting my meals at a time when I feel hungry.

I'll usually start on my water first thing, then, get in my tanning bed....then 30 mins on treadmill....then shower...then eat.

Today I'm struggling with my pain, but I'm sooooo done with those poison pain killers, so after I eat in 15 mins I'm going to go lay in bed and find some good movies to watch.

I was going to get some new walking shoes today, but it's hot out..I hurt and just want to be lazy today.

I guess I'll work on my Journey Binder while I'm in bed watching tv.  

I can't wait til I get my old claw foot tub refinished and put back in. I could use a soak in the tub with lavender epsom salts.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend and enjoy some stuff you won't be enjoying for 11 days starting Monday.

Your weight loss is amazing - I will have a second fruit day instead of a veggie day lol.

I LOVE potatoeand white bread- so they will be hard to go without at first...:(

So my day 1 will be your day 9 ...lol

I totally agree, If you start on Monday you get the Friday-Sunday weekend to cheat, that's why I bought it on the 23rd of June and didn't start until the 27th.

Today is day 5 for me.  I've lost 8.4 lbs so far!!!!

I totally enjoyed my frozen yougart dessert yesterday.

My problem is I like bad foods. I love Potatoes, fried, baked, scalloped, etc...

My favorite vegie was corn, but I do like some others....I just don't know about handling vegie day very well.    I wonder if vegie burgers count as a vegie. LOL

Sweets and Baked goods......if they are here....I WILL eat them and most of the time don't know when to stop.

I have to learn to before the end of December.  I went through a calendar and it looks like I'll be going through a total of 13 cycles by December 22nd.

If I keep losing like this it won't take me the full 13 cycles, but right now that's my plan.

I understand I get so frustrated with myself when I have binge days and seem to only think about food and eating...

I am starting on the 5th -  having 11 days on then 8 days off then starting properly on 25th July so I cna have my cheat days on fri,sat, sun - makes it much easier :)

Reading all the results I've read are very inspiring too.

I'm pretty sure any weight loss journey is a struggle.

I'll stick to this until I reach my goal or it quits working...which ever comes first.

In the meantime, I have to learn to count calories and eat the proper foods so I don't end up back above 200 lbs again and God forbit I end up over 300 lbs ever again.

I'm so tired of being overweight and unhealthy.

I sure hope I didn't send you on a bad journey....

It's working great for me so far.  3 days and a loss of 7.4....I'm happy!

So, are you starting on July 24th or July 5th?

My honest opinion for whatever it's worth is that you start on it when you get back from your vacation with your children.

Thanks for joining me in this little "group".  Maybe it will grow and hopefully we can inspire others and if we do it works for them too.
