i got pregnant with my first round of clomid though i have a bilateral endometrioma. Increase your chances of conceiving by working on conception doggie style. ooops, but it worked for me... i hope it'll work for you too... then couple it with lots of prayers... God is ever Faithful... Jesus loves you and is willing to give you the desires of your heart...

I was on 6 cycles of Clomid and no success... my doctor switched medicine because clomid made my uterus lining thin. this cycle i took Femera along with Follistim injection. Hopefully this will work for me... I knew some ladies took Femera and Follistim together and they got pregnant on first round.
