Hi , i learnt in the chat room about you and was wondering if you can answer my question . i am 25 . because of some issues with my husband's sperm , we decided to use donor sperm. i have tried 2 IVF cycles , first with 2 healthy 8 cell embryos transfered and the 2nd cycle with 3 embryos(all healthy , 11 cells , and 2 8 cell) embryo transfered. both cycles failed and the doctor couldn't really give me a reason. he said i was perfectly healthy woth correct endometrium thickness . he was saying something about donor sperms not working. i was of the opinion that donor sperms are well tested before being frozen and was wondering if there is something called"cellular incompatibility " which might be the reason my cycle failed......The doctor mentioned this and i was thinking if this is true.... what do you think?
I am so sorry about the failed cycle!! I had a failed FET in January! It is crushing, and I know how you feel!! I hope that you are able to move on and try again!! My doctor also kept telling me "well you should be pregnant". . . well should is not the same as is!! I am so sorry and wish you baby dust in the future, don't give up.
I am sorry it didn't take. I don't know much about embryology. We do have a member that is a specialist. Her name is Livingembryos. You may want to send her a message. She can probably help with your questions.
