Anyone starting IVF Jan/Feb 2009?

I am on a break after we canceled my 2nd IVF due to low follie count, I am taking BCP and DHEA for 2 months and then trying again. Just wondering if anyone else is on a break in between or just starting first one in Jan/Feb 2009. We can pass the time, while we wait.

I had my ER today!!!  It went well.  They were able to retrieve 14 eggs!!!!  I'm feeling ok.  My lower abdomen is very sore.  Overall I feel pretty good.  I've already began my oral medication and my hubby just gave me the PIO shot.  They are to call me tomorrow with an update on my embies.  I'll post more then.

well i went to my REI and im starting with lupron for 2 wks and then stim injections. they asked me to go back in 2 wks for another blood test and ultrasound very excited!!!!!

Hello~
I am just starting my first IVF experience.  We had 3 IUI's 2 resulted in success (then miscarriages).  So now we're at a new level...Started cramping tonight, AF due tomorrow, been told not BCP b/c of prior blood clot, so will be doing Lupron...any advice...suggestions...feedback...appreciated...I'm SO new at this!!!

Well....just took the Ovidrel injection!  I'm on for Saturday morning!  My E2 was 2625 today!  Everything is looking great!!!  I'm thrilled!  

Hopeful---welcome and best of luck.  Happy to help with anything you have concerns about.  Just take it one step, one day, one injection at a time.  Just stay focused on your ultimate goal, a beautiful baby!!  Keep the faith!

Hi im starting my 1st IVF cycle tomorrow on my day 21. im very excited but at the same time nervous.  Im 24 and my DH is 31 (very healthy) with 1 health 7 yrs old girl 2 miscarriages and 1 ectopic pregnancy on my right tube in which ruptured. i had a hydrosalphix on my left and had to be removed. Im not sure which Meds im using until tomorrow. Any advised would be appreciated.

All- They have "officially" scheduled me for my ER on Saturday!!!!  I went today and he decided he wanted to push me one more day.  I go back tomorrow for more blood work and u/s.  Then they'll call me with the time for the Ovidrel shot, then I go back on Friday for blood work.  Lots of driving!!!!
