Hi there,
In  azoospermia the semen looks normal and the men have normal libido and normal sexual function. There may be blockage of ducts carrying sperm from testes to penis and other cause is testicular failure where no sperms are produced.Hyperprolactinemia can also cause azoopsermia. For men who have confirmed azoospermia testicular biopsy may be done to decide appropriate treatment plan .If there is hyperprolactinemia then correction of this condition may help. Other options are IVF with ICSI which often allows successful fertilization even with immature sperm or sperm obtained directly from testicular tissue. It is best to consult an expert doctor who deals with such cases. Do keep me posted.
Best luck and take care!
