seems to be next to impossible for that to happen....
whether or not it is true, i fear that the scrotum skin might to be too thin, that might have allowed dangerous toxins/chemicals from the laundry detergent that came into contact with the scrotum, to be absorbed and might have destroyed the sperm producing cells in the testicles....
or maybe this is just a stupid fear???
true azoospermia is permanent infertility as it means ero sperm.
that said, it is not common.
it only takes one, so you don't need many to give them something to work with for the assitd technologys like IVF with ICSI.
i don't see how a severe skin reaction would cause permanent infertility....
