Great News!!!!
Seeing a yolk sac is very reassuring!
Keep us posted
The very very best of luck to you!
I know you're not quite out of the woods yet but you're getting there and the trees are thining a bit. As for not concentrating on your HCG levels now, this is apparently quite a normal practice. I know I couple of people who were told the same.
Good luck.
magda & Jena -
Thank you for helping me stay positive :)
Magda, ha,ha,ha u r so right! Luv it!
Well I feel a bit better, Dr saw the gestational sac 3 to 4 times larger in size from last week. In addition, we saw a timmy lil yolk sac. We are (of course) still not out of the woods (so to speak) but it's looking a bit more positive. He said that they are no longer going to focus on my HCG levels (yikes) as they will not focus more on the development of my lil one - Have another appt next monday. Wish me luck.
BTW, Jena, congrats! Your # are doubling nicely. BOL :)
Big hugs -

No this IVF rollercoaster ride is NOT fun... You've got THAT right!
But they do say that what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right?
So look at the bright side... we're getting a REAL good work out.
And there's always hope.
Good luck today!

Best wishes.
Thank you so much ladies for your positive thoughts and imput. It give me a light of hope - I am not giving up yet but this IVF rollercoaster ride isn't fun :( Well tomorrow I find out if there's at least one hanging in there...I will keep you all posted.
Have a good nite :)
I don't know anything about the numbers and all that...I haven't ever made it that far. But I hope it all turns out good for you and you at least get one baby!!! Best Wishes for you to still be pregnant!!
Also just a humble opinion but I woulod have to agree with ZevasMom. When you did the 2nd test the numbers should have been a fair bit higher as they are supposed to double every 48 hours at this stage... so 233 to roughly 460 to roughly 900 on to 1800 on 3/10. However, like ZevasMom says, 233 on day 13 after the transfer is quite high for a singleton (I believe). So it could well be that it was high as a result of more than one embryo implanting but then something may have happened and it could be that now there is in fact only the one.
I am truly not an expert so I have no idea if maybe it could have been 3 and could now be two or if these numbers indicate that it was two and is now one or what but I think there's still a good chance that you are indeed pregnant.
Very best of luck...
This is only a personal opinion... From my own numbers (we did IVF - DD is now almost 20mo) - from my journal - it looks like your 233 may be high for a singleton... So, I am thinking that maybe more than one stuck initially, but something happened - therefore, the number of 990 is okay for a singleton... am I making sense? I will say a pray for you... Positive thoughts :o)
