Endometriosis has caused infertility as well as weight and hormones

Is there something that I can do to try to conceive since I have lost 298 pounds and my periods are now consistent every 28 days. Before the weight loss I was haveing periods that would have periods lasted weeks and months at a time so my hormones are beginning to straightened out after 2 years of completing the Gastric Bypass. Does anyone have experience with this and has there been something that I can be prescribed that could help with conception. I think it's important to let you know I am 36 years old as of November 27th and don't want to wait any longer because of the complications that could occurr even at the age I am not sceptical about trying to conceive. I have always wanted nothing more to be a mother and I am running out  of time I am reaching out for any advice I can get. I have also tried medications to help with conception via a doctor who was certain it would help and nothing after 4 years at all I did have a ecotopic pregnancy and was given methotrexate to dissolve the tubal pregnancy to prevent surgery because it could have cause complications and my doctor wanted to avoid that he is sure that I can still conceive but I am ready to give up does anyone have any suggestions on this issue.
