No symptoms from HCG trigger

Hi - this cycle i did Clomid days 2-6, Menopur 150 injections days 7-13. US on day 13 (yesterday) showed 4 follicles at 21, 19, 18 and 15 so they did an HCG shot in the office, i'm to go in today for the IUI. The problem: last month with the HCG trigger shot i got nausea and a BBT temp spike the next day. This time - no nausea, no temp spike, and I did an HCG stick urine test this morning which was negative.I also did an LH (OPK) strip test this morning where the test line was almost as dark as the control line; yesterday's test line was much lighter than control line (though being on Menopur I'm not sure how reliable this is).

Question: does it sound like maybe they forgot to add the HCG into yesterday's shot ? should i ask for another one at the IUI? we're using frozen donor sperm which I have on dry ice now, so we do have to use it today.

Thanks much-

probably not but you never know, esp with such completely different symptoms this month. the explanation they gave was either (a) you _can_ have completely different symptoms from month to month, or (b) i wasnt quite ready to ovulate yet so the hcg takes longer to work. either way since it was donor sperm, we had to proceed.

I seriously doubt that doctors would "forget" to add hcg to your shot :)
