With due respect, I want to inform you that I have good relation with my wife since we got married (three years). Now, we are trying for children but not yet succeeded. After my semen test, it has been found that

Agglutination              Negative
Aggregation                Negative
ROS activity              Suspicious
Pin Head Sperm         Not Significant
Round Cell                 1.0 Millions/ml
Miscellaneous            Debris Present

I used to take drink and smoke occasionally.  
Now, kindly suggest which medicine I have to take which is available in Indian market. i.e easily gettable.
Also, please let me know I have a possibility to become a father or not ???
