It depends on ur ovulation... Conception can happen in tht specific fertility window which could be a week.. sperm can stay alive in right mucus enviorment for up2 a week however egg only stays there for 24hrs... Thts doctors always suggests to keep having intercourse or avoid intercourse duribg tht time.. As girl chromosomes in sperm can stay alive for 3-5 days where as boy chromosomes only stay alive for 1-2 days.. So conception can happen ny time during ur high fertility window because sperm has more chances to hit egg... U can find out abt pregnancy as soon as 7dpo to as late as 2weeks from ovulation... But it is suggested tht test should be perform after ur cycles are delayed....
