Sperm can live for up to 5 days so weither ovulation is today or Tuesday you've got a chance of conciving. Stressing yourself out isn't going to get you far so breathe and relax ( easier said than done I know) but honestly breathe and wait till your next period to test if your late....If you end up not being than be more careful next time - one moment of carelessness can cost you forever. Goodluck.

You're probably dealing with the difference in an app that gives a range and an app that gives only the day of ovulation.

If you had your last period beginning March 8, right now (the 16th) you would be at day 8.  If your periods are like clockwork every 28 days, you would expect to ovulate on day 14.  However, sperm can live up to 6 days in your reproductive tract.  So, if an app is giving a range, it's saying "if you have sex on day 8, given the long life of the sperm in the woman's body, you could get pregnant when you do ovulate on day 14."  It's not highly likely to get pregnant from sperm that's been waiting around 6 days, but it is possible.
