I am taking all short of vitamin to enhance my sperm count but it doesn't really work so far. I have taken Speman, Surbex, Vitame ACE. All contains zinc.

My DH also have low counts....and still I got my BFP this month.
He is taking 1000mg Vitamin C, One a Day Mens, Honey (2 tbl sp) + pinch of cinnamon.

What is his count? My DH had 13 mil.
