bbt first timer and confused

Hiya as title states this is the first cycle that I'm tracking my temp. I have no idea what I'm looking at :/ I have been told after day 21 blood tests that I'm not ovulating and so I have low progesterone. Can any of you ladies who understand these charts please take a look at mine and if possible (I know one cycle is probably not enough) if it looks like I'm ovulating or not. Does it look like I have low progesterone?  I had a positive OPK and a now 3 or 4 days later I've had 2 temp rises. My Dr has referred me to the fertility clinic as we have been trying to conceive for some time now. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thank you.
When you say ovulation detection kits do you mean the urine tests that measure an LH surge? I have had positives on those tests.  I have my first appointment at the fertility hospital on the 3rd March.
Thanks again for your taking the time to reply.

Hi,
BBT is not a very accurate method for detecting ovulation. Ovulation detection kits are better. Serum progesterone levels done on day 21 are a more reliable method of knowing ovulation. Serial ultrasonography done from day 9 of the cycle is a sure way of detecting an-ovulation.
Hence it would be best to consult an infertility expert for a thorough evaluation. Proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment will help you to conceive.
The answer is based on information provided. Exact advice is not possible without a proper examination and investigations. You are requested to consult your Doctor. Take care and keep us posted.
