Hey my husband and I both are using Fertility Blend Sp 1 by Solaray. You can find it at the Vitamin Shoppe.  The product has ingredients for both men and women to up the chances of conception. Increases sperm and allows for sperm to move at a stronger rate. It also stimulates the ovaries to get to work. It also increases sexual appetite for both of you! Stay away from orange juice, lemonade...so that the citric acid does not cause a hostile enviornment for the sperm to struggle through during time of conception potential. I agree with the other comment that your hygiene methods shouldn't be a cause for concern, just turn up the reproductive systems! Good luck and enjoy the loving process in the meantime ;)

Your washing the vaginal area should not effect your ability to conceive.  The sperm will swim where it needs to be...in other words, it's deep inside of you and you will not be able to wash it out.

Good luck!
