Tightness in throat but no trouble swallowing

I take 20 mg omeprazole and another 10 in the morning.  It has helped the burping and bringing up acid.  I never had burning or chest problems.  I've had a nuclear stress test, a CT scan of my throat and thyroid and also an ultrasound and all were fine.  I have also started Zoloft as people think stress may cause this though I disagree.  I used to be on IBS medication but have not been on it for several years.  I have a regular bowel movement in the morning as I take fiber and it can vary between formed and diarrhea.  I can't believe I'm sharing this with strangers but no one seems to be able to make me feel like I used to.  Help!
