Are these symptoms of Acid Reflux? Help

*Fast heart rate (always above 100)
*lightheadedness
*throat irritation
*throat pain
*muscle aches
*congestion
* chest pain
* abdominal pain
*pain behind eyes/ear pain
* shortness of breath.
*chills

Anyway, for the past 7 months I been having the symptoms listed above.
I went to the doctor and done a great amount of tests. Everything came back normal.
No heart issue, and no autoimmune diseases. I went to neck and head doctor who put a tube down my nose to see my throat. He told me that it is swollen, and that it is acid reflux. So, can acid reflux really cause all these symptoms including the fast heart rate?
I took anti acid meds and they did not help.
Today, I feel like I got the flu and I know I don't.
I eat a healthy diet, and I avoid all acidic foods.

I am 18 years old female, 128 pounds, 5,6 tall.
Not a smoker or drinker.

I would go see a gastroenterologist and see about getting an endoscopy with a small intestine biopsy to check for celiac disease. If the biopsy comes back normal then its most likely a chronic infection. It could be lyme disease, it could be a viral infection. You should find a really good IDS in your area and maybe a very good CFS specialist. If you havent already you should also have an AM and PM Cortisol and DHEA. Also I saw that you have a slight b1 deficiency. It would probably be smart to supplement with b1 as it being low probably at least aggravates these symptoms. I have many of these symptoms and I am 18 also so I can understand at least partially what you are going through. Feel free to email me anytime ***@**** and let me know if they figure anything else out

Hi below is info from one of the Health Pages we have here on MedHelp.
http://www.medhelp.org/health_pages/list?cid=236

Symptoms of Laryngopharyngeal Reflux are:

Continual throat clearing
Chronic throat irritation
Chronic cough
Hoarseness
Excessive phlegm the throat
Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing)
Constant sensation of something in the throat
Swallowed food comes back up
Post nasal drainage
Weak voice
Cracking voice
Blockage of the breathing passage
Spasm of the larynx (voice box)
Wheezing
Heartburn
This condition is a result of both UES and LES not working correctly.
And it is possible not to have typical gerd/acid reflux  symptoms.

It is possible that ur vagus nerve is being affected and a visit to a GI dr should be able to help.U said u took antacids, but u didn't say what u took or for how long...some meds will take a while for the benefits to be felt. And not all meds work for everyone...so after u r on the meds at least 6 to 8 weeks with no results then call ur dr for a med change.

U really do need to see  a GI dr for a reflux issue.
