Do I have acid reflux again or is it something else

So I've had acid reflux before I had it really bad three years ago after I felt better  my doctor stopped my meds ever since then I've had  acid reflux come back so I would take gaviscon and it would be better in afew days. So afew days ago I had pain in my stomach like I was going to get sick I'm having  the feeling of cold shakes and clammy feet .im also having a burning feeling in my chest and it also feels like my chest is congested.  I also had some bloating and burping So I went to my doctor they put me on meds again the same day I went to the doctor my systems  kind of went away so should I still take the medication I was given  by my doctor  I'm still having the shakes

Follow your Drs instructions...if you feel the meds are not warranted due to a change in symptoms call your Dr and ask what he/she advises.
