chest pain fatigue and multiple other symptoms

Hi im a 21 year old female with gerd ive had it for a while anxiety and panic disorder and rightniw im also having sinus and allergy issuses when i first got the sinus infection my anxiety got wrose my ears were stuffed my head was heavy sometimes light sometimes it felt like it would crack in half i had head pressure naseua upper abdominal pain tingling on my head and neck really bad balance and vertigo i thought i had a brain tomur aneurysm or storke but no i got over that fear my head is still weird and my ears are still stuffed i have tones if post nasal drip im on prepenlol loratadine iron and nasal spray so in and off for three weeks i had on and off chest pressure ive have sharp pains in ny ears head throat chest back shoulders tummy even my nipples! Ive also had a couple pvc And my throat and upper chest have  felt irritated i was scared it was my heart ive veen too the er 8 times in the past three months ive haf multiple ekgs ecgs i had a cgest x ray bloid test a ct scan with contrast and nothing! Im so frustrated i wake up tierd i always feel like ill pass out i have these pains muscle twitches and vibration bidy soreness my left hand feels like its going numb my feet hurt when i get up and walk on them in the morning this cant all be anxiety gerd and sinuses it just cant can anybosy give me an idea if what it can be

Hi, im sorry i was in a bit of a panic when i wrote that lol due too my sinisus ive had constant post nasal drip extreamly stuffed ears dizziness chest tightness  and ive also been feeling off balance i had sharp pains in my ears and other parts of my head and i thought they were due tooo sinuses until i started having them in my whole body alot in my chest radiating too my back and i had a couple of pvc i dont know if it was from worrying or not. Today i had jaw pain the sharp pain and pins and needles in my left hand and foot all day teally bad abdominal pains also extream fatigue i went too the er convinced i was having a heart attack and once again everything is negative i do have gerd tbe doctor said that maybe causing these pains but i cant belive that have you experienced symptoms like these? If you couldn't tell i also have anxiety and ive had other symptoms like musle twitching and vibration tingling pins and needles everywhere despite of all the test im some how still convinced that this is not just gerd anxiety and sinuses im scared too even sleep

I suggest that you review your post and find a way to categorize your issues, as what you wrote is simply impossible to follow.  I don't mean that unkindly, but from what you wrote it seems to me that you have a common cold.  The likelihood of heart disease is so small that you probably should dismiss it from your mind, this is from an old man with more heart problems than you can even imagine.  Can you frame your questions so they are understandable?  Keep us informed.
