gerd, then chronic diarrhea what is wrong with me?

Initially in 2016 I suddenly became a patient of gerd taking esomeperazole 40mg daily for months relieved burning throat but now I have chronic diarrhea too, I have become allergic to milk spicy foods fried foods pulses beans as they all cause diarrhea or gerd my all blood reports and stool reports are clear only endoscopy is left , does any one has a similar story can any one guess what is problem with me , I am worried for cure.
